John was very thorough explaining everything and answering our questions. He made good eye contact and took his time speaking so we could absorb & understand this foreign information. Even though we were talking about cancer, he was also able to keep it warm and friendly. Very pleased with our interactions.
John was AWESOME! Took his time with us and explained everything very well. We never felt rushed. He and his staff from the check in with the receptionist to the nurses and scheduling were impeccable. Professional and very personable. Great experience!! By the time we spoke with the surgeon, we had no questions and almost nothing to talk about. 😀
My first visit with John was great. He was so detailed when explaining what was going on, what they do surgically, if I could wait, the risks, recovery, and he was also a genuinely good guy.
My husband has seen him several times before and after surgery. He is very knowledgeable and answers every question totally and with kindness. He is warm and shows concern and caring.
He was very personable and helpful. He explained everything I needed to understand what was happening and what will happen. He calmed my anxieties. Everyone that I had to deal with was very kind and personable.
