Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased 9 cars over the years and never at an experience as bad as it was when I took my Lincoln there for service Understand a transmission is a lot of work however my parts were there within 3 days. My car was still there 3 weeks later and the totally unacceptable treatment whe I would call once a week to check to see they were working on my car.
