Absolutely perfect. At the store everything about treadmills was explained to us in detail and we were never pressured about deciding. We went home and did a lot of research and found that the sales person was absolutely right. We went back and purchased the treadmill that was recommended for our needs. And the process of financing, delivery and set up went exactly as promised. We are very pleased and impressed. Thanks
