I purchased an exercise bike and when it was delivered I noticed the Matrix monitor that was installed was not the correct monitor. Although there was an up charge for the correct monitor, I was ok with that. Simple communication error. Problem was that the delivery of the correct monitor was going to be a 3 week delay because of weather conditions.
