Johnson memorial hospital is excellent. I had to stay there for a couple of days and the experience I had was wonderful. Doctor's nurses ER everyone. Polite understanding hard-working couldn't do enough for you. They made me feel like family. Not a patient and the food was excellent. I thank you all for the hard work that you do.
I am so so grateful for all the stuff members in the ED and Geri/adult psych , nurses and doctors , supervisors and other for buying me a breast milk storage bags, cooler, soap and finding a way to store all throughout my stay in there. I am forever grateful for such compassion. It made huge difference in hardest days/weeks of my life! I will remember and keep those nurses close to my heart! Thank you! -Kira Isakova
This hospital has saved my behind many times. The staff are kind, accommodating, and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and considerate. I believe the 2.6 star rating is inaccurate and due to ppl who are impatient.
Do not go here or send any loved ones here!!! The hospital is understaffed and does not provide proper care. My father’s platelet levels are 11 and no one has authorized a platelet transfusion. Social workers try to push patients out the door and discharge them before a doctor actually authorizes it. If your loved one is being fo... read more
My dad went to the ED Monday February 24th presenting with stroke like symptoms. Initial CT was clear and they discharged him the diagnosis of ‘marijuana abuse and hyperventilation’. No explanation for symptoms, just entirely dismissive and no future testing done. Brought him to hartford hospital and he DID have a stroke that could’ve been found earlier if Goldwag just did more thorough testing. Ridiculous and unacceptable medical care that is completely unacceptable.
