Excellent care! Dr. Rahmat is the best! She does not leave a stone unturned when diagnosing a patient, she goes above and beyond for her patients, and has great bedside manner. As well as, ALL the nurses (infusion room and Dr's nurses) and staff are compassionate and caring when you go for your treatment or work with them in between your appointments. I highly recommend JMMC!
I have 10 years experience with this facility, all staff doing there job very good, but to be completey honest, there is a provider named Alison Johnson PA, she's been talking care of me snce then. she is always interested in following up and asking about any health symptoms , I feel with her as part of my family..she really deserves 5 stars review.
Everyone is so beautiful and welcoming. From the smile when you sign in —weigh in—to the doctor or PA, the last smiling face makes a follow-up. I can’t forget the person who draws blood💕 . It’s nice that the new building is close to home.
The medical assistants, nurses, doctors and PA'S have all been great My complaint is your billing process.. you submit charges to insurance and when a delay is evident, the billing dept starts sending very confusing messages about how much I now owe , a block sum, with no itemization . And the figure changes as hospital and insurance figure things out. This is terrible service and how to interact with someone needs medical care.
My comment is not about the facility or the wonderful staff. It is about having to review my meds with 3 people after me reviewing them on line in the pre-check-in. Two of those steps are a total waste of my time and the staff members'. Please, one med check only. The pre-check-in exercise takes a long time to do only to have the same questions asked at the appointment three times. Very inefficient and unnecessary. Going forward I will not be answering the meds section in the pre-check-in.
