One of Johnson reps Gary, discussed our roof situation , he was very polite and professional , he then inspected the roof where we had a leak. He then told us our options , He then got some tools and other material and went up on the roof, he didn’t hesitate to go up there Evan though it’s a steep tin roof and it was over 105 degrees.
