We had a great experience with Johnson RV selling our travel trailer on consignment. From the first phone call to inquire about the process to the finalization of the sale, it was great. Bob H. was always prompt with answers to questions or just giving us updates. The gentleman that came to pick up the trailer to get it to their lot was very knowledgeable and took great care for a safe transport of the trailer. I would no hesitate at all to work with Johnson RV in the future. Extremely happy with the entire process.
We consigned our 2017 Coachmen Leprechaun to Johnson RV. They offered the best price and even traveled the 200 plus miles to pick it up and take it back to Sandy. Absolutely no problems with the paperwork, took all the worry out of the transaction. A little mixup with some repair work, but after the work was completed the RV sold quickly. Payment was made to our bank by wire transfer the day after title was mailed.
Being a newbie to buying, driving and living in a Class B, I cannot say enough about the Johnson RV staff. Today, I want to focus on their service department. I bought my rig a few weeks ago, it was a pre-owned vehicle and there were a few bugs to work out in conjunction with my learning curve. The service manager and staff have been amazing. We placed our motorhome on consignment with Johnson RV over late winter to early spring. Bob Humphrey and his team made it easy. They performed a full inspection and advised us of any potential repair issues. They did a full photo shoot and always kept the motor home clean and protected. After making the decision to sell our RV we tried selling it on our own, lots of lookers but no sale. Then we tried RV Trader where we had lots of scammers a couple of interested buys but again nothing. Dan and Ryan from Johnson RV contacted me about putting the RV on consignment.
