Dropped my coast off to be dry cleaned and was told it may take a day or two but was ready a few hours later. Staff were really lovely and friendly

I needed express service with a linen suit ready for the next day and was delighted to receive an excellent level of customer service. A text followed by 10.50 am the next day with a beautifully cleaned & pressed suit by Natasha, otherwise known as the 'Wizz- Kid'!! She was obviously already extremely busy but was still able to give her full care & attention in a professional and friendly manner. Graeme at the Elm Row store was extremely helpful when I came in to have new keys cut. He was able to do 2 standard keys on site and called ahead to a store with special machinery to do the 3rd key which had unusual requirements. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you!

This is a brilliant shop with the friendliest and most helpful service, whatever you are here for. Ange is always bright and cheerful and today I was served by Graeme who got me a much needed passport photo despite the printer being temperamental. He went out of his way to try and make it work.
