Excellent service from start to finish! They took on a difficult zip replacement on a very thick Leather jacket and have done a cracking job! Thank you to the team at Bury St Edmunds!

I visited this month and still NO wheelchair access despite having brought this to their attention previously. They claim they will look into it, but I don't hold out much hope. The manager was extremely dismissive and rude. I am so tired of being made to feel like a burden and a nuisance - it's 2025!!!

Disappointed they left two stains on my tuxedo that I removed within 10 minutes of getting the jacket home. Expensive waste of time and money going there. Staff needed training and not just do the minimum

Personal service, no machines to wrangle with, lovely staff. Needed Canadian and UK formatted photos, times two! The best.

I use the Wash and Iron service regularly and I am very impressed with the service that I receive. The Staff are wonderful and the items are always pristine and beautifully presented. They have never let me down and it's a pleasure to visit them. Also, I have taken some articles in with stains and they have given honest advice, even if they don't actually get to clean the article and thereby lose money. I trust their judgment and experience. I highly recommend this Johnsons to anyone.
