Disappointed they left two stains on my tuxedo that I removed within 10 minutes of getting the jacket home. Expensive waste of time and money going there. Staff needed training and not just do the minimum
Personal service, no machines to wrangle with, lovely staff. Needed Canadian and UK formatted photos, times two! The best.
I use the Wash and Iron service regularly and I am very impressed with the service that I receive. The Staff are wonderful and the items are always pristine and beautifully presented. They have never let me down and it's a pleasure to visit them. Also, I have taken some articles in with stains and they have given honest advice, even if they don't actually get to clean the article and thereby lose money. I trust their judgment and experience. I highly recommend this Johnsons to anyone.
I needed a passport photo, and tried Johnsons on my second attempt. Assistant Gavin, who was there for the day, was pleasant, helpful and took a great photo on his first attempt. Both email and actual pictures cut to size and checked. £10.99 for it all. I was pleased as punch. (I had previously tried a jewellers in town and paid an exhorbitant amount (2.5 times more) for the same service, and a very inferior result, which went in the shredder when I got home.
