I have tried to call and email with my complain. Complete ignorance whatsoever. Destroyed my blazer and don’t seem to care about consumer rights either.
They have always been punctual in the past, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, on this occasion—when it was particularly important—they asked me to arrive by 5:30 PM, assuring me they would be open until 6 PM. I was in a rush, only to find that my clothes were not ready. This was especially inconvenient, as I had no time to spare that day. Terrible experience – avoid at all costs I went to this dry cleaner just to ask if they could attach a snap button to a shirt. They confidently said yes. The price: £15, including the button and ironing (the shirt was already clean). I agreed. Four days later, I came back to pick it up – total disaster. The snap button was stitched on with four threads, as if they had no idea how a snap button is supposed to work. Can someone please explain to them the basic concept of a snap button? Slowest dry clean stores, u walk in and it doesn’t matter if it’s 1 or 4 people in front of you. The lady works so slow, makes you wait forever. The service to, they don’t call or let you know if they have fixed or not your items and it can me more then a week and you stop by and wait forever just for them to tell you they haven’t started yet.
Fantastic cleaners and they do a great job but most importantly they are very friendly and I feel it truly heightens the overall mood.
