Johnson’s The Cleaners Very kind and professional service from Ms. Monika. I was informed that my laundry would be ready in four days. However, when I passed by earlier just to check, I was pleasantly surprised to find it already ready for collection — that’s what I call exceeding expectations. The quality of the work was genuinely good, and everything was handled with care. My sincere thanks to Ms. Monika and the entire team working behind the scenes. This will definitely not be my last visit.

Excellent dry cleaning service. The lady working there is very friendly, polite, and professional. She provides great customer service and takes good care of the clothes. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come again

This shop is excellent, my favorite place where to dry clean. The service is perfect , never a complain, perfect timing, perfect service. The people are friendly and really kind . Monika is the one helping all the customer and her smile is always a good welcome. let's try Johnson's The Cleaners Sloane Avenue.

Terrible service. All talk and no show. I had left something with them that needed to be mended. I went back a couple of days later as they had suggested to inspect but a staff member had no clue what was happening with my item and asked me to return the day it was supposed to be ready. When I went on that day to find out, not only was it NOT ready it was pointed out that it was my fault for not having gone earlier (which I had). Just ridiculous. Poor service and bad attitude. Avoid them.

I have tried to call and email with my complain. Complete ignorance whatsoever. Destroyed my blazer and don’t seem to care about consumer rights either.
