I want to say a massive thank you to Lisa. I took my wedding dress in which had a stain on and had been left in this state for nearly 10years 😢 Lisa explained every step of the cleaning process making it clear what I could expect. I brought four cashmere tops to be cleaned and it was also quite expensive. The tops are certainly not cleaned properly as the labels still look dirty and there are dirt marks on them that are not cleaned. Also they are only slightly pressed .I do a much better job at home. I would not be using the service again as it was a waste of time and money. I also came back to discuss this during working hours but there was nobody on the stand. They was able to get blood and dirt out of a felt beige coat that’s been there for a good few weeks and it was ready the same day, the coat looks brand new thank you!!

A new duvet soiled by our pet came back exactly the same, didn't smell clean and the stain was still there. Feedback was they use an odour less air cleaning product. They can clean it again but wouldn't the results be the same
