This is a bit of a mixed review. I went to drop off my partners suit on monday and it took me over 5 minutes to get the girls attention. When I finally did, she was very rude and short with me. I felt like I was an inconvenience. I was dreading going back into to collect, but luckily for me there was a different girl in today. Lisa was so polite and friendly, so I told her my experience from the other day and she could not apologise enough and gave me the suit for free! Excellent service by Lisa.
I brought four cashmere tops to be cleaned and it was also quite expensive. The tops are certainly not cleaned properly as the labels still look dirty and there are dirt marks on them that are not cleaned. Also they are only slightly pressed .I do a much better job at home. I would not be using the service again as it was a waste of time and money. I also came back to discuss this during working hours but there was nobody on the stand. Don't get your clothes repaired here. They'll lose where you stuff is and have no answer to where it is, I paid upfront and they don't know where my stuff is and don't seem to care UPDATE: The customer service team saw my review and asked me to get in touch, they didn't respond and after ringing the store to follow up they have no answer for me. This was a £200 coat and so not exactly just something to "go and get another one"
Always fantastic service at this shop! I brought in some items I needed cleaned urgently for event and Lisa was more than happy to help, I got my items back in more than enough time and amazing customer service as well!
Dropped a 3 piece suit off to be dry cleaned last weekend. Told would be ready for Tuesday, didn't get notified so had to chase up. That being said, did a fantastic job and looks perfect, even got a couple of stains out of it too. Communication could be better.
