Altered my coast dress by shortening the length and making sure the seam was neat as some of the threads had some loose. I have to stay it’s amazing what this place can achieve, the standard is so high and really efficient turnaround. Thankyou so much
Women there has no telephone manners and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Lunch is not important than customers
Really poor customer service. Got there 5 mins before closing time..Grumpy lady was in a rush to leave, and said she couldn't dry clean our clothes as had sequence on them even though I have the same dresses dry cleaned from them before. Won't be going back to them again.
Why have an Evri return facility instore when you hate dealing with them and are so rude everytime i use it. It isn't a one off its happened on all three occasions.
Not sure why prices differ depending on what town you are in. Oldham are charging 19.00 to clean 3 piece suit. Rochdale want to charge 25.00...
