Just had a rug cleaned here. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the rug has come up like new. Great service, highly recommend

Pathetic service, the embroidery was ruined with threads being broken, the stain was still there, looked as if it was hand washed as the embellishments near the stain were gone. Does not even deserve one star review.

Daughter had a phone call from them. We called it back and they denied calling her. Suggest they get there phone system sorted as they mentioned they had other people call them saying they had calls from them. Clearly there is an issue so please have it sorted until then don't deny you called people. See image- you DID call at 14:06

Took my front door curtains in for dry cleaning. £45. When I went in I felt like I was very inconveniencing the woman in there, no greeting, just what did I want. When I picked them back up after only a few days turn around the curtains smelt awful, it was a really bad mouldy smell when I took them out the bag. I wish I never took them there. I decided to put them in the machine on a hand-wash setting which worked brilliantly, I should of done that in the first place. Definitely won’t be using them again. ☹️
