I’ve just picked up my dance dress and it’s came back with a hole in from where it looks like it’s been burned, they have also managed to damage the rhinestones that were on it and haven’t removed the mark that was on it! Will never use again and certainly don’t recommend!!
Just had a rug cleaned here. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the rug has come up like new. Great service, highly recommend
Pathetic service, the embroidery was ruined with threads being broken, the stain was still there, looked as if it was hand washed as the embellishments near the stain were gone. Does not even deserve one star review.

Daughter had a phone call from them. We called it back and they denied calling her. Suggest they get there phone system sorted as they mentioned they had other people call them saying they had calls from them. Clearly there is an issue so please have it sorted until then don't deny you called people. See image- you DID call at 14:06
