Took my show jacket here and they did an amazing job! I also took a coat to be re-waterproofed (which they send off externally) however when it came back it had only been washed, when I rang up they were more than happy to sort it out for me without any fuss. After it had been sent off again they even checked it over before I came to collect it. 🙏
Took my partners suede jacket to be dry cleaned in June and I said it’s a bit silly but it’s for a birthday gift and they ensured they got it out to the 3rd party cleaners asap and got it back to be super quick just in time. Really friendly staff in the Wrexham Sainsbury’s branch, will always support timpsons as they’re a great company with great values. Thanks again guys!!
Horrible service will defo not recommend. Chosen to use your services as I had an expensive jacket and it comes back destroyed. They decided to send it to technical team to look at it and when it came back they decided not to take ownership of destroying my jacket. When I dropped it off the lady checked it and nothing was wrong with it now suddenly it was dropped off like that. The reason I brought my jacket to you is because I wanted to make sure my jacket comes back nice and clean not ruined.
Replaced the zip in my waxed jacket, although i didnt get a text message to say it was ready, i checked in the shop after 4 weeks(was told about 5 weeks as busy) I'm not an expert but it looks like a Good Job and reasonably priced
I had a dress altered which I thought was too difficult to do myself, I am so pleased with the results they were perfect, also the lady that is in the cleaners is always so helpful and always has a smile, thank you so much
