Absolute 10/10 service from jack, he is a credit to the business! From the moment I called to enquire it was clear that jack knew what he was talking about and was honest and forthcoming about results but more than eager to help. This is the kind of employee that driver return business and I know should I need anything dry cleaning i will be returning for jacks service and another lovely chat!
My wife took her wedding dress to be cleaned and when it returned, the bottom of the dress had a cut part as you can see in the picture below. I went to the shop to ask for an explanation, the shop assistant said they had nothing to say about it and could not do anything about this issue. Great service for the last five years- for both dry cleaning and wash/iron service. Clothes done abs ready in good time with a text confirmation. Highly recommended
Friendly staff and fast service — I’ll give them that. However — and this is a huge however — the entire place reeks of damp, and now, so do my coats. After the first pickup, I was in complete shock. The coats that were supposed to come back fresh smelled absolutely vile — like someone who’s been living rough had curled up in them for days. They still do. Normally l would have travelled a short distance to Congleton to Johnsons The Cleaners. However they have closed so decided for the first time to go out of my way to the branch in Newcastle under Lyme. Although I looked at the reviews beforehand and noticed a few had given an unfavourable review, I based my experience on previous dealings with the branch in Congleton.
