I rang up in a panic to get a dress steamed. I was told to bring it straight away! It was done while I waited, so no returning in busy Saturday traffic (as I would obviously have expected to do). Excellent service and in minutes. Best tenner I’ve spent! Thank you! Just wish I’d asked for the ladies name!

My wife took her wedding dress to be cleaned and when it returned, the bottom of the dress had a cut part as you can see in the picture below. I went to the shop to ask for an explanation, the shop assistant said they had nothing to say about it and could not do anything about this issue. Also, we asked them to be careful with the dress, because it is very delicate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! Absolute 10/10 service from jack, he is a credit to the business! From the moment I called to enquire it was clear that jack knew what he was talking about and was honest and forthcoming about results but more than eager to help. This is the kind of employee that driver return business and I know should I need anything dry cleaning i will be returning for jacks service and another lovely chat!
