Completely ruined my white jumpers! Three pieces of bright white jumpers have turned dull and dark with dusty undertones. These are Ralph Lauren as well. Brought them back (same day) to enquire and the old man tending the store got really aggressive and impolite despite my courteous mere consultation. At least have the decency to address and attempt to right your wrong.
amazing customer service. Took my dress to be steamed on the day of the event and it was done in two minutes! The dress was completely creaseless with no damage, and the lady serving me was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend their services.
I was attended to by Ami twice. She helped me with a really expensive jacket and was really detail-oriented such that even the toughest blemishes were gone—I had accidentally got into some stubborn mud. The other time she went the extra mile to teach me some nifty clothing maintenance tips for my other garments. Absolutely fantastic service from Amy at the Durham Store. Had a very expensive coat cleaned and it’s come up like new. I was very concerned when I dropped the coat off as it was heavily soiled following a house fire, but Amy said she would try her best. She kept in touch with me during the process and had the coat cleaned a day earlier than expected. Amy was very professional and pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much.
I want to commend Ami at Johnsons Timpsons for her outstanding service and support. She is always incredibly helpful, polite, and understanding. Ami has been a great source of comfort during some difficult times, and I feel I can easily speak to her about any concerns. On one occasion, when I had an issue with another staff member, Ami went above and beyond to assist me.
