Female staff member older lady with blonde hair and glasses is so so so rude I have never delt with someone this rude, had an email and a text saying my parcel had come and she insisted it had not arrived, I have come here a couple times to collect and drop off parcels and the rudeness she has come at me with its unbelievable for someone working with the public.
My husband was visibly shaken and upset by the rudeness and animosity shown towards him by a female member of staff. He had never encountered anything like it in his 55 years of dealing with the public and will never use this business again.
Went into store to send a parcel with evri, women was very unhelpful and rude, even seen her dealing with another customer and it was terrible. Was going to buy a dog and cat tag but decided to go elsewhere as her approach to anything was miserable. Will never return. Looking at other reviews and hearing off people she is well known
Useless. Very poor customer service. Short. Supposedly an Evri drop-off but refuse to take a single parcel after 4pm despite advertised as until 5:30. Attempted to drop a parcel at 4:10!
Great staff, I needed a suit doing same day as an emergency today and they did it. The only drycleaner locally that does it on site
