I went to Johnsons The Cleaners at Asda in Corby, I was meant to get there earlier to try and get my suit cleaning done in time for a funeral, but I had a major issue with trying to get my heating fixed, from the early hours to all through the day, and was still trying to get it sorted. When I got there, they were fully booked out, but the staff member Jason, who was taking my booking, was so kind and understanding to slot me in time. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would! Please don't use this dry cleaners because if they damage your items they will not take any accountability for it or even apologise. Instead they just try to blame you for the items needing cleaning. I had three items "cleaned" & all three returned with damage. The manager at this store does not want to help rectify anything as well, instead just saying it wasn't me that cleaned them. She lacks any customer service skills. Excellent Service by the service lady, coat cleaned in less than 24h, and finally dazzled once again.
Put a jacket in for cleaning. When I went to pick it up the lady was on the phone. Sounded like a personal call. I waited for a bit then called her over saying 'sorry,I don't have the time to stand here all day' and handed her my ticket. She took the ticket,whilst carrying on her phonecall, and gave me the jacket. When I got home I discovered the stain on the jacket:the whole reason I put it in,was still there. She hadn't mentioned any problems with the jacket or cleaning process. Would not recommend.
Had a suit cleaned for a wedding. I could of done a better job myself. All creased and looks terrible. Won’t waste money using them again.
