My friend took her wedding dress here and they tore it a little bit on the front, she gave them the dress back to fix the small tear and when she got it back again they had torn the entire seam down the back of the dress as well as ripped a large bow that hung on the back. They are now refusing to accept responsibility for it. It would be almost comical if it wasn't a wedding dress. How does a cleaning company mess up that badly and then not care?
Staff member JASON spent a lot of time helping me, a lady of 90, to get a print from a photo on my mobile. He was absolutely amazing, patient, kind and persevering with the problems of my phone. I said I would award him 10 stars if asked!! Thank you Jason!
This is the worst service I’ve received in a long time. Don’t give these people anything you care about. The dry cleaners on the high street (Neater) is much better! I took my watch to have the battery replaced in January. The back was not replaced properly and fell off, so it took it back it be refitted. This was done, but in the process the watch was hit against the counter several times (presumably to ensure the back was attached properly). Always really friendly team going above and beyond on customer service at Didcot Sainsbury's.
I'm sad to say that I have stopped using this dry cleaners now. Last year in October we had a wedding to attend so I had my husbands shirt dry cleaned a few days beforehand. I went to collect it and the lady said she'd lost. I am too worried now to hand over any of my expensive or vintage items that can't be replaced easily.
