Stopped in to inquire about a button needing to be resewn and the kind lady did it right then and there, did a bang-on job, and the mac is fully cured for her speed and skill! Johnson’s is already our chosen dry-cleaners so I cannot say we’ll make the change over as we’re already there, but many thanks indeed: you’ve made it a lovely rainy day, all buttons present and accounted for!

Went in to replace the zip on my leather jacket, though they told me it would take 2-3 weeks, it was done within a week and zip works perfectly now. Top tier customer service 😊

Disappointing service. I sent one dress to be cleaned and another to be steamed ahead of a wedding in which I was bridesmaid. The bridesmaid dress had been steamed and then kept in a suit carrier that was too short, so the whole bottom section was still creased. The other dress had a stain on which had not completely come out. They did leave a customer note on the dress explaining that further cleaning would have damaged the fabric, but I would have approached this being explained to me at the shop.

I asked for 2 buttons on my jeans to be replaced. I paid £7 for each. I waited 2 weeks. Seriously?? For 1 button £7 quid and you need to wait 2 weeks for these plastic buttons.
