I reserved a rug doctor this past weekend. This is the state it was given to me in. Took me over an hour to clean. Needless to say I will never use this service ever in my life and will warn others too. It's beyond unsanitary and even potentially dangerous. I was speechless and disappointed to see a business can make money by renting such a filthy machines out.
