I’ve been yesterday to clean my puffer jacket(white) and the lady on the desk was super polite and nice. The jacket has been ready in less then 24 hours which is amazing. Top service and the jacket is like new I couldn't believe. No wonder why friends recommend them Xx. Great job!
I had a fantastic experience with Jenni at Johnson the Cleaners Burton Road in Littleover. She’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely goes out of her way to help. It’s rare to find someone who combines great service with such a positive attitude, but Jenni manages it every time. Great service, Highly recommended!
Im not normally one for bad reviews but after today's short experience I feel like its needed. Me and my family have been using Johnsons dry cleaners for years. Dropped off 2 pairs of jeans last week and the young lady was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Took my details and issued my ticket as normal. Today I received a text message to say my items were ready for collection. I didn't take my ticket but I had the text message to prove my items. This is my local Johnsons Cleaners and I have been going there for years! I wouldn’t trust any other place or company for the best customer service! I often take my son’s School Blazers, suits and even trusted them with my very special wedding dress! The stuff all are friendly, polite and Very professional! Five star review! Took a very expensive dress to be dry cleaned..as stated ‘dry clean only’ on the label. The women behind the counter said I would need to sign a waiver form to take responsibility that the dress may lose some feathers. I agreed as some have fallen off when I’ve worn it. I paid near enough £20 to get it specially washed, for it too literally come back looking worse.
