Very disappointing service. We brought in a tuxedo, a dress, and a blazer to be ironed and cleaned. When we got them back, some pieces looked just as creased as before, if not worse. My blazer, which had visible stains, came back with the same stains still there, despite us specifically asking for it to be cleaned. Overall, we don’t feel we received the service we paid for.
Loretta did a brilliant job with my wedding dress. I was a bit worried as it 100% silk, but it's looks brand new and pressed to perfection. She checked in with me to let me know what she doing and where there was a little rip from when I'd stood on the dress. Explained everything so well and strongly recommend for any wedding dress or similar cleaning, will definitely use again!
Stain left on my pjs when I got a service wash not happy with that part but they do smell fresh and fair price for a bag of stuff .
I would give this establishment no stars if I could. Visited on Saturday at 11.00am asked if it was possible to have my work uniform(explained I was an on call key worker) by close of business on the Sunday. The response was no as there was no dark colours to be done together hence I would be required to wait until there were more Customers with dark colours so they could be done together . Great service got all my jackets cleaned to a good standard and given some tips on how to maintain them properly so very happy about that
