Absolutely amazing service! I have used this store 4 times now and they are always so helpful! I left it last minute for my suit to be done and told them about this yesterday saying I need the suit next day and the girl (sorry didn’t get your name) said not a problem I’ll priorities it for you and had it done before lunch the following day. Much better service than tipsons who say 48 hours but can’t do it in that time. Kirkcaldy branch has the best staff and I will be back Thanks again

Very disappointing service. We brought in a tuxedo, a dress, and a blazer to be ironed and cleaned. When we got them back, some pieces looked just as creased as before, if not worse. My blazer, which had visible stains, came back with the same stains still there, despite us specifically asking for it to be cleaned. Overall, we don’t feel we received the service we paid for.
Loretta did a brilliant job with my wedding dress. I was a bit worried as it 100% silk, but it's looks brand new and pressed to perfection. She checked in with me to let me know what she doing and where there was a little rip from when I'd stood on the dress. Explained everything so well and strongly recommend for any wedding dress or similar cleaning, will definitely use again!
I would give this establishment no stars if I could. Visited on Saturday at 11.00am asked if it was possible to have my work uniform(explained I was an on call key worker) by close of business on the Sunday. The response was no as there was no dark colours to be done together hence I would be required to wait until there were more Customers with dark colours so they could be done together .
