Absolutely do not let them to fix your leather goods!!!!! They wanted to charge me £45 for fixing my leather jacket (cuts). The jacket looks much worse after than before. They advertise themselves as experts, but this is absolutely not true. I do not recommend. They have no idea what they are doing. They destroyed my jacket and I hope I'm going to be able to find someone who will fix that for me.
Went in early this morning to get my suit dry cleaned and I was met with Claire who was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. I chose an offer that was on to give my suit the full works and returned in a reusable cover. Which was great as my Slaters one was a bit worn. I received a txt message at 3pm to say it was ready for collection. This time I was met by Gemma who was also very friendly. What a great turnaround. Thanks to the girls at Duloch branch.
I took a king size bed over to be washed and dried on Saturday and was told it would be ready by the following Wednesday (it was New Year and double bank holidays) but the next day I got a text that it was ready for collection! Amazing service and lovely staff in this shop. My bedcover was so fresh for New Year. Really recommend this service.
I've had a couple of clothing alterations done her, most recently a long zip in a much loved coat. Excellent service and friendly staff.
I went in to use the Max Spielmann photo printing facilities that are hosted in the store. So my review it of my experience with the staff and the photo printing services. One of the friendly and helpful ladies behind the desk helped me out while I was using one of the Max Spielmann automated photo printing machines to print some 6x4" standard photos from my USB stick. And then she assisted me with an enlargement print to A4 that I needed done. Quality service. Reasonable prices. Will use the service again.
