I had recently purchased a pre loved jacket and wanted it to be dry cleaned. I called and spoke to Kathryn and she had suggested if brought into store that day they could have it by Wednesday. I ideally wanted it for an important meeting on the Wednesday morning so Kathryn went above and beyond to make this happen and had it ready for Tuesday afternoon.
