We asked to alter curtains which were in our previous home with the higher ceilings, so they fit in our new home. We measured how much needs to be taken off when we had them on in our new home- which was 16cm. The result was shocking - not only they were altered for much more than we asked, but it’s now also uneven - from 5 to 8 cm in different places. These were expensive made to measure curtains, which costed us a few hundreds pounds and now became totally unusable! See pictures attached.
Lynne was lovely! She literally saved day. I needed my shirt and my trousers ironed for a job interview and she did it quickly and with a smile! Very nice, I will be back for sure.
I brought 3 jumpers and 1 cardigan in with stains that would have shamed the devil and I thought no way will they come out I have just pick the jumpers and cardigan up and they look better than the did in the shop when I bought them. Two of my coats had damp damage, they brought them back to life, good, happy people.
Great service! I brought in a boucle jacket that I had bought secondhand but it had stains on it. I was so impressed that they managed to get it out. Thank you so much! It was a very quick turnaround and reasonably priced.
