Took a cardigan in for a new zip as it was damaged when it was washed. Handed to the Tailor and she told me that she will replace and give a good quality job and will take a week to complete. Sure enough the work was good, was completed on time. Great work ladies. Thank you very much.

Always get great service here whether it's sending an Evri parcel, dry cleaning or clothing adjustments. Lisa and Lesley are always friendly and welcoming with a smile and run a professional and efficient service 👏🏻👏🏻

Me and my partner are a regular here and it’s always a lovely and productive trip when using their Evri services and collecting parcels. Very polite and friendly staff, not had one negative experience so far and I’ve been using them for a few years now! Xx

I would leave no stars if this was an option. I called into johnsons in poynton this morning to drop off an evri parcel. Upon approaching the desk , there was nobody there, and a bell that said ring for assistance. I rang said bell. A woman appeared from the back and said "for gods sake, im here" what a lovely way to greet your customers. A much needed lesson in customer services and some manners are needed here. I do not expect to be treated like this and I have lodged a complaint with customer services.
