I went in with a water mark on a suede bag, I asked for a suede brush to try and fix the appearance of the nap. The man told me he wouldn’t sell me a suede brush as it wouldn’t work and didn’t want to ‘rip me off’ he told me that I would need it professionally cleaned!! I went and got a 99p soft tooth brush from boots, brushed the bag and it looks like new!!!! I had my leather jacket with a tear to repair, got back third time in three months. See pics attached, first second and third time now I picked it up but never going to wear it like this, I was told last time they replace the section maybe not the same leather, but never thought they replace it to cheap fake leather looking material. Only not happy with the fake part.

Great service in terms of speed of service, however my suit was still crumpled when I picked it up. Maybe I needed to flag it when I dropped it off, but it was disappointing to see when I picked it up.

Took my white fur jacket in to be dry cleaned and unfortunately it got damaged in the industrial washer/dryer. Whilst I understand that these things happen, I was very disappointed at the lack of any apology from the lady who was serving me. My jacket was sent of to be repaired which was not able to be done and I was offered only a 50% refund for the value of my jacket. Despite the fact it was one year old; I hadn’t worn it very often and it will be a major inconvenience to locate a replica.
