I dropped few items of clothing the other day to be cleaned and/or pressed, not sure if any of them were cleaned but i can definitely tell none of them were pressed, went back to the shop and the person behind the counter first tried to convince me that maybe i tumbled dryed them before dropping off so it was impossible to iron them, i explained i ironed it myself at home later so no, then there was a bunch of other excuses and finally she offered they’ll re-do it for me, i asked for a refund instead but apparently that’s no... read more
A few weeks back, on a Friday, I dropped off two dresses to be dry cleaned. One was a white dress which I had dropped some pasta sauce down, and unfortunately it had left some stains on the dress. Rita was very forthright about the chances of the stains coming out (which unfortunately were slim), but I figured any improvement would be worthwhile.
