Used this cleaners for the first time taking two coats to be dry cleaned. After receiving them back and taking them both out at home, neither of them looked like a service had been provided and they looked exactly how I handed them in. I rang the shop to express my thoughts and queried if they had been cleaned and I was informed that they were put into the machine that morning. I was offered to take one of the coats back in so they could use the lint roller on it, but I decided against this as could do this myself at home. ... read more

Avoid this place. Lost £800 jacket and refuse to pay because I don't have a purchase receipt! Who keeps those 12 months on. Garment value was on the sales form. They will "loose" your valuable items and then try to get out of paying! Shocking and disgraceful business.

Brand new suit only worn once ruined. It has been pressed all wrong so it no longer sits correctly and have burned the fabric. Lets see if I get the cost of my suit replaced.

Poor. I took a cardigan to be cleaned in good condition and I collected it in holes. Apparently, it was because the cardigan was old and the fibres had broken down! There was no warning, that, this could happen, so, that, I could make a choice to get it cleaned or not!
