I had an issue, but to their credit they did absolutely everything they could to resolve it and handled it extremely well. I don't want to leave a bad review for a single negative experience especially after they went out of their way to make things right. Was it frustrating? Sure. Did they do as much as they could and more to rectify it? Also yes. So with that I cannot be upset and won't have issue using them again.
Went into store today and the lady who served me (didn’t catch her name) was so lovely. She told me my dry cleaning would be free of charge due to the circumstances. I was really shocked by this gesture(in a good way) and was reassured I will receive the item back before the funeral. What a lovely thing for the company to do and what a lovely lady who served me.
I have used this dry cleaners numerous times, and every time the service has been tremendous. I’ve dealt with Donna on each occasion. And she’s always been so helpful and professional. She’s an absolute gem. Keep up the good work
I visited this store and few days ago and was served immediately by a lovely young lady called Porshia. I required a repair so she advised me when Kirsty, their colleague who does alterations, was in and to pop back then. Her attitude in customer service is exemplary, eye contact at all times, a pleasant smile, easy relaxed demeanor and attentively professional. Second visit here today, and second time I’ve walked out after waiting and waiting. No staff on desk’ lady working alone in the main window, no recognition’ same as first visit months ago. Only wanted a coat dry cleaned. Went to Timpsons over @ Morrisons. Appalling service despite the fact I never actually got served! 😩AVOID for dry cleaning, Piss Poor☠️
