I visited to get a very old video copied onto a dvd. I was told it would take 2 weeks, so i waited 2 weeks. Had a message from them, saying it was ready. When i got home and played it, it wasnt the film that i wanted copied, it was something completely different. I rung up very upset, but when i spoke on the phone, they were very apologetic and strongly advised me to bring it back in.
