Sent in a vintage Burberry leather jacket for specialist cleaning. The jacket was in great condition, but had a cigarette smoke smell. On drop off was told 4-6 weeks for a specialist clean. About 1 week later we were told it was ready to collect - except…they gave us the wrong jacket. I took in a pair of curtains to be shortened a couple of weeks ago and was charged £56.95. I took in an exact matching pair a few days ago and was told the price had gone up nearly 100% to £100 for the exact same service. They said this was a recent price change and that was now the starting price for this size of curtains. I still had a picture of the old price list that I had taken several weeks ago and have taken a picture of the new one. I accept that prices go up but nearly a 100% price increase is crazy. I brought in a cream Phase Eight jacket I’d bought on Vinted, as it just needed a proper clean and had a small stain. The results were amazing – it came back looking brand new! The lady in the shop was so helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I’d happily recommend this dry cleaners to anyone

I had two jackets dry cleaned. One of which had a water stain after I removed some yellow food stains. They managed to remove the water stain. Which is amazing as the jacket is a lovely fit and I love wearing it. Thanks for the wonderful work that was done by your staff.

Great service. Quick and easy. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. The throw/ blanket was lovely, clean and nicely packed. I even got the message that my item was ready for collection. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
