Went yesterday to have a jacket altered having checked that “Every branch of Johnson’s has a comprehensive alterations service.” Met by a woman who could not have cared less and told that unless I’d measured it myself they couldn’t help as they no longer have a seamstress. Not exactly comprehensive and the woman I spoke to was frankly rude in her response, which was entirely unnecessary when I was simply looking for help.
What an absolutely awesome service I received today. The 2 ladies in st Austell where lovely and so helpful thank you so much 6161 xx
This is the last straw. Every time I go in, they make me feel as if I’ve interrupted them (which is probably the case) and I could probably disregard that, when they do such a terrible job of pressing my dress short, sorry someone else going to Truro for better service.
