Very helpful staff. Called to ask the reception to wait for another 5minutes so that I can collect my clothes in time. She agreed immediately, somemore with some discount given. My coat is perfectly cleaned! Really appreciate that.
I took my wedding dress to Johnsons in Bristol two months ago and I still haven’t had it back. No one at the shop has called me back to offer any update or reassurance despite visiting the store in person and calling 4 times to date. Every time they tell me it’s ‘stuck in transit’ - which one member of staff told me was ‘strange’ and that it ‘shouldn’t still be there’. I am so worried it has been lost or damaged.
