Have used their services before and had a good experience. The clothes smelled lovely. However this week left a coat with them and it was done within a day, which seemed very quick, but when I opened it up at home it seemed like it was not touched at all. And it didn’t had a clean smell or anything. It seemed like nothing was done to it at all…. Very disappointing. Won’t be using them again unfortunately.
The team at Johnsons Dry Cleaners are incredibly friendly and really know their stuff. A huge thank you to Sharon, who went above and beyond to fix part of a dress I had dry cleaned, she truly is an asset to your team. Thank you!
Lia and Sharron were so kind and fixed the zip on my sofa pillow case straight away. Lovely, friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone to use these Johnston services because of the fantastic staff
Very helpful staff. Called to ask the reception to wait for another 5minutes so that I can collect my clothes in time. She agreed immediately, somemore with some discount given. My coat is perfectly cleaned! Really appreciate that.
Sharon at the Asda Bedmister store was amazing! She helped me a lot with a stain issue in a very white dress! And did a great job! I’m very grateful ☺️
