Sharon at the Asda Bedmister store was amazing! She helped me a lot with a stain issue in a very white dress! And did a great job! I’m very grateful ☺️

Very helpful staff. Called to ask the reception to wait for another 5minutes so that I can collect my clothes in time. She agreed immediately, somemore with some discount given. My coat is perfectly cleaned! Really appreciate that.
I took my wedding dress to Johnsons in Bristol two months ago and I still haven’t had it back. No one at the shop has called me back to offer any update or reassurance despite visiting the store in person and calling 4 times to date. Every time they tell me it’s ‘stuck in transit’ - which one member of staff told me was ‘strange’ and that it ‘shouldn’t still be there’. I am so worried it has been lost or damaged. Worked for a catering company at a nearby large event and used these folks for enormous amounts of tea towels and personal laundry. They were amazing, always texted me earlier than expected to say my laundry was ready. Cheerful and helpful, great customer service, thank you.
