Fantastic service! Quicker than estimated collection time, fantastic!! Upon collection I had a wonderful chat with Lee. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to engage with such a lovely human being. My items were laundered to perfection, just as I had wished them to be. One hundred percent recommend!!!
Dry cleaned Mess Dress, jacket hidden on collection by trousers incorrectly hung, got home opened and fabric creased and misshapen on Mess Dress Jacket. To be fair, usual employee, Lee, was on leave and was annoyed at condition it had been hung, just wish we had looked closer at clothes while in shop. He did offer to re-hang the items then the condition jacket was in would have been noticed. Wife's coat cleaned immaculately. Would still go back and still recommend.
I have used this branch for the last 10 years and it has always delivered. Lee has professional work ethic and he understands the level of attention that military uniforms need. Thank you.
