We had an excellent baby passport photo taken here that was approved first time! It was a speedy process to get the photo taken and printed off, with a digital code attached for the online passport application. Thanks very much to the staff for being so accommodating and for the offer to have a free re-take if the photo wasn't accepted for any reason! Very pleased with the result.

Great service from the lady in the store, she gave me lots of advice prior to taking the Rug Doctor home. The machine it's self made the carpets and upholstery like new.

Wendy is always so welcoming and accommodating even though she is on her own most days and must have so much to do. Nothing is too much trouble and she does a great job each and every time I visit. Today I popped in to have 2 shirts pressed and they were beautifully done and ready within an hour ... thank you Wendy

I had read the reviews about Wendy and they are all spot on and some!! I dropped a post Prom jacket off with a chocolate fountain stain ... she said she would try her best to remove and surprise surprise she did!!!!! 🤗 She is a superstar as well as being incredibly kind and friendly, a true credit to Johnson's xx

I came in to use the instant prints at Max Spielman in the Fleet store for an event I was running for charity. James was so supportive of the charity and the work that was been done, it was great to have someone so engaged with his customers. He was super helpful with making sure I got all the prints right first time for the project. Thanks James!
