Very helpful lady helped me today. I found an old watch and needed a new battery. She was very friendly and despite not being able to see a number, found the correct one.
Note - there is also a Timpsons inside this shop. Popped in to get a watch battery and a replacement watch strap. Was served by a very friendly and helpful member of staff called Miles. Excellent service, taking time to help research suitable straps and advising me of the various options.
Great service with a smile.. Sorted creases in my jacket sleeve ..no charge. Good to see such Customer care in this day and age Definitely recommend..
I lost my son tragically a few days ago I took my suit into Johnson's in paddock wood to have it dry cleaned for the funeral I was greeted by Nicky we talked and I told her what had happened to my son she immediately said were doing your suit and shirt free of charge I was heartbroken with the kindness and compassion Nicky thank you so very much your amazing thank you
First class service from Nicky, with a quick turnaround on my dry cleaning. Very happy!
