Just collected my coats, two wool expensive coats. Not a very good job done; an attempt of mine to have them clean before my travels the next day. They came back with dirt still on them and one of my coats definitely shrunk and one had a hole and broken hanging loop. Not happy, both expensive coats it was a careless job. Bobbling still on and they don’t look clean! I called but they are closed. Hoping they can fix this before I report back and decide whether to update my review.
Very helpful lady helped me today. I found an old watch and needed a new battery. She was very friendly and despite not being able to see a number, found the correct one.
Jacky just helped me to replace the battery in my car key. She was so patient and helpful as it was quite a fiddly little battery to get out. She put a smile on my face.
Note - there is also a Timpsons inside this shop. Popped in to get a watch battery and a replacement watch strap. Was served by a very friendly and helpful member of staff called Miles. Excellent service, taking time to help research suitable straps and advising me of the various options.
First class service from Nicky, with a quick turnaround on my dry cleaning. Very happy!
