Today at the recommendation of a dear friend, I went into the Felixstowe Road store to have help with the printing of photographs of my Sons Wedding. I had been told that Helen would be extremely helpful. In my opinion she was more than very helpful but also very honest about what I could expect from my order!! Her knowledge of the products was amazing but she did not waffle, if unsure she made phone calls to obtain the information required. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
Never been in here before but went in to get something dry cleaned. The man who served me was so friendly, polite and very helpful! Great customer service.
I have been using this store for many years. The staff have always been welcoming, helpful and very timely with the cleaning. I’m fussy about how my suits and shirts look and they always do a good job. The new premises is very clean and there’s ample parking. They recently introduced a texting service which is also very handy for me as a busy person. I would recommend this branch.
We were due to leave our home to attend a wedding when my dress split and my partner called in to Johnson's to ask whether a last minute repair could be made. The staff were really friendly and took only minutes to stitch the dress back up - absolutely life saving! ,
