Didn't bother to send me a message for 4 weeks after an alteration - paid for - brought in; they had entered the wrong number on their system, despite the number being correct on the item, and didn't bother to check despite having the item sitting in their shop for 4 weeks!

Very friendly and helpful, took some sheepskin jackets in to be cleaned. Competitively priced advised could be three weeks as done off site. Had them back in just over a week. Great service. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Went here to have my curtains altered . Happy days for me . Free carpark on Broad Street upto 3 hours then walk the passage way onto forehill and only 3 min walk to here. I definitely recommend here .

I took a jacket in for a small repair that I couldn't do myself. The lady assistant asked if I could call back in an hour. On collecting it was an invisible repair and the cost was very reasonable. The service was so efficient and friendly I will definitely return for future services.

Didn't do a good job with a suit: two obvious marks on the jacket sleeves, which I pointed out when I delivered it, were completely unchanged. They didn't mention this, and unfortunately I didn't see it till I'd already got it home. They also told me to collect "on Monday" but didn't;t tell me it wouldn't be ready till the afternoon, so I had a wasted trip to Ely.
