I left this Alpha industries flight jacket to be cleaned on Monday, I talked at length with Zander at length that the buttons needed protection He told me it would get like new and would be ready later that day he took my mobile number and told me would message me when it was ready. Nothing came. I chose this delivery address for my Evri parcel to find, only when I went to check in the shop, they stopped taking Evri parcels two days before. This is after my order was processed and without any warning. The shrugged shoulders of the staff member says everything about drop in quality of the staff in recent months. Consequently my granddaughter's Christmas present is lost in the void of despair that is Johnsons and Evri!! Well done and happy Xmas to you.
Went today to take a parcel at 11 am. The door was locked with a number to call for the Evri delivery. I called the number and a male answered. I explained I was a customer waiting on the doorstep (one of 3 customers actually) and asked if he was open today. His response ‘not open today’. I said ‘maybe you should put a sign on the door stating that’ and he replied ‘I’ll think about that’. Seriously, the man who runs the store after Carol retired is terrible. I went to pick up my parcel on Thursday, 16 October 2025. There was only one employee, a man who worked and served a few waiting customers. He really knows how to engage with the situation. He works with excellent patients with high-quality service. Keep this man on a bonus and gold medals.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!! Giving 1 star cause I can't give 0. Took my white fairly new jacket in to be washed. As soon as I unwrapped the plastic I realised that the teeth of the zip got broken and the part to zip it up was no longer there. Also all the goose feathers along the sleeves got into lumps.
