I recently paid to have my wedding suit dry cleaned at Johnsons Cleaners in Ascot and when I returned to collect it on Saturday a pair of trousers and the original hanger for the suit was missing, replaced with a cheap, plastic, disposable hanger. I have been back to the store several times but each time I go in I get told to come back in a few days, where I have to explain the situation all over again to whoever is on the till that day. I've been reluctantly using this dry cleaners for years, mainly for convenience as it's near to me. Today I went to drop some clothes off for dry cleaning. There was a woman at the till. I got absolutely no acknowledgement from her when I walked in and was left standing there waiting for minutes without recognition of any sort. In the end I gave up and walked out. Totally ridiculous !!! I came to drop off a pair of trousers for repair but was told the staff member was out getting a coffee. I waited for 15 minutes before giving up. I returned the next day and managed to drop them off. A week later I collected the trousers only to find that they had not been touched or repaired in any way. Having dropped them back to actually be repaired, lacking any sort of apologie, I have now come to collect them only to find the store closed early without explanation. Manager loved, very professional and happy to make sure I left happy. Had an issue when she was not there and couldn't fault her. I am confident in leaving very expensive items in her care. Thank you.

I phoned up Johnsons in Ascot about pressing/professional ironing a wedding guest dress. Hazel answered the phone and was very helpful and said I could come down there and then. She was incredibly helpful and kind and my dress looks amazing. She took under 5 minutes and my dress was totally uncreased. Hazel is a true asset to the company and I will certainly be back in the future! I definitely recommend going to Johnsons.
