The ladies at the shop are always very pleasant and extremely helpful, even when returning a parcel. Ive visited the store on several occasions and on every occasion their service has been superb. They've managed to get a loved jumper mark free when I thought it was a write off. The staff are always very welcoming, which is very few and far between these days in most places.
