Absolute life savers! My wedding dress managed to get marked by the dress storage bag that was given to me to use when I purchased my dress, it was a noticeable black mark right across the neckline (we think the storage bag zip had some oil on it). My dress could not be dry cleaned due to the material so I wasn't sure if it was possible to get the mark out. Dropped my wedding dress off 4 weeks before seamstress went on holiday. Initially told 2 weeks ended up having my dress nearly 8 weeks. Went in on the Monday she hadn't started it and told me to come back on the Thursday. Went at 11.30 she had barely done anything to my dress and told me she was waiting for me to come in to see where it needed to go 🙈 we had already discussed this - it was an excuse. Whilst visiting Newport, my old home town, I needed some repair work to a rucksack, which meant a lot to me. I met with Sharon, and was quickly put at ease in regards to the new lining required. I collected my rucksack a few days later, and to say it was better than it had ever been, was an understatement. The attention to detail exercised on the job was evident, amazing stitching, and Sharon had been so careful to match the fabric pattern, even though it wasn’t on day-to-day show.
