Julie was so helpful. Not only did she help me get my shirt dry cleaned last minute before a trip away but she also helped sow a button back on that was coming off. Can’t recommend them enough!
Business response:
Thank you, Andrew. Julie will be delighted to hear this. We are glad we could help before your trip!
The ladies at the shop are always very pleasant and extremely helpful, even when returning a parcel. Ive visited the store on several occasions and on every occasion their service has been superb. They've managed to get a loved jumper mark free when I thought it was a write off. The staff are always very welcoming, which is very few and far between these days in most places.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words! We’re delighted to hear that our team consistently provides helpful and welcoming service, and that they were able to restore your jumper. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the staff.
