Usually we have good service here with dry cleaning. However I asked for a coat to have a belt loop repaired for my wire two weeks ago. She went to pick it up today and it still wasn't done we found your repairs lady rude and sarcastic. Lost a customer here for suits dry cleaning and repairs .
We had a touring band flying out to the USA same evening who accidentally spilt coffee over their clothes on the way to us. Thankfully Johnsons was just a short distance and was able to come to the rescue. I phoned up and they gave me an estimated time for completion. Really friendly service! I ended up getting a Text for collection well before estimated time and clothes were spotless all on hangers and bagged. Very happy band! Will be using Johnsons Stourbridge again.
Listed as a dpd drop off point but staff claim they can’t handle QR codes. Have subsequently dropped off quite a large dpd parcel with a printed label without any problem so the qr issue must be a management failure.
Taken my tommy hilfiger puffer coat to be cleaned only took a day to clean well impressed pity the coat waS still stained when I got it back home not impressed at all , cost £20 won't be going there again disappointed
Absolutely awful customer service! The woman that served my mother to take some parcels back was very rude and dismissive and only sent her away with one confirmation for the one parcel but not the other. I think you need to send your staff on a customer service course! Absolutely disgusting will never use these people again.
