What superb service! Dropped off a large quilt at lunchtime following a dog accident on our bed… texted me in 3 hours to say my quilt was ready to collect! I thought I was going to have to endure the summer quilt on a cold February night! Thank you so much.. brilliant service!

I popped into Johnsons Dry Cleaners in Stourbridge today and was greeted by three of the friendliest faces, Zuzana, Gareth and Emma. From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming and all smiling. I had my husband’s Hugo Boss leather jacket with me that needed repairing as the inside pocket stitching had come away from the seam. Usually we have good service here with dry cleaning. However I asked for a coat to have a belt loop repaired for my wire two weeks ago. She went to pick it up today and it still wasn't done we found your repairs lady rude and sarcastic. Lost a customer here for suits dry cleaning and repairs .
Excellent service from both ladies working yesterday 25/1/26. I took a treasured bear to be repaired professionally the lady doing the repair has done a excellent job my daughter was very happy. 5 star service.
