Amazing service! Took some joggers in for some zips to be fitted on the pockets, needed them pretty quickly as they're for Christmas, she did it the same day for us, and did a perfect job! She went above and beyond for us, professional service, couldn't of done a better job. I will 100% recommend to everyone! Thank you very much! Merry Christmas!
My husband had a jacket dry cleaned but difficult stains remained on the lapels. He recieved a phone call to recommend a further wet clean at no extra cost which did the trick. Outstanding, prompt and professional service going above and beyond.
We took a wedding dress and three piece suit with shirt into Johnsons and were greeted by such a lovely staff member- Millie. She was ever so helpful and knowledgeable. We also used the photo booth which she helped us with too. Who ever thought a trip to the dry cleaners would be so enjoyable. This is the place to go for an outstanding customer service experience. They also do a fab job at cleaning. Our daughter's wedding dress came back as new. Millie is a credit to the Johnson's business (no relation).
Taken my Canada goose jacket there was done with in 2-3 days if that excellent customer service and my jacket looks better than what it did when I first bought it would recomend
