The staff member, Sandra, is quite a rude and non cooperative person. I wasn't there to use the cleaning services but went to drop an evri package. I asked them a few times to help me with the scanning as qr code was giving some issue and they so rudely said, "can't you see, I am busy, do it urself". It wasn't the 1st time, had happened before as well. Please train her, how to deal with customers. They charged us £20 to iron a singular dress and it was not done properly! It came out still creased and with makeup marks on. I am incredibly unimpressed with the service provided to me.
Excellent service and honesty - had left £30 in suit pocket and Sandra called me straight away when she found it. Fantastic!
Amazing service from the alterations team at Johnson’s Brade Drive. So friendly and managed to take in my nursing uniform and have it back to me in 3 hours. Can’t even tell it’s been altered and both dresses altered for a great price. Thank you so much ladies :)
