This Dry Cleaners returned the wrong suit to me on the day of function I needed it for . They argued that it was my suit when it clearly wasn't! Only after numerous phone calls & going in store did they finally admitted they had swapped my suit with another customer. I had to go an purchase a new suit the same day. A month later and I am still waiting for a refund.
