I have been coming to Johnson’s Cleaners in Newton Abbot for many years. I felt I wanted to say how much Katrina and Terry mean to me as a customer. They always welcome me with a smile, and are so kind and patient. They take the time to listen and never make me feel rushed. They work extremely hard, often managing everything on their own, both serving at the counter and doing all the work behind the scenes. I’d like to leave a really positive review for Johnson’s Cleaners, particularly the Newton Abbot store. Whenever I visit, I’m usually served by Katrina or Terry (the manager), and they are both absolutely outstanding. They’re consistently friendly, welcoming, upbeat, and incredibly professional. What really strikes me is how much they’re expected to juggle — often covering the counter, customer service, and the physical cleaning work at the same time. Shearling style suede jacket needed heavy type zip replacing although it was expensive replacement and friendly service was top rate
Absolutely amazing service from Terry. I went in as had a mark on my bridesmaids dress. He was reassuring and friendly. Cost was great and was ready the next day (Wedding was two days later) and the dress was perfectly clean. I was so happy. I 100% recommend going here for any service they provide. Thank you so much!!!
Wedding dress clean at short notice. Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble.
