Last week, I asked for our king size duck feather duvet. The way of handling was poor. She threw the duvet onto the floor like she handled a bag of rubbish. When it was returned, even the duvet didn’t look like cleaned either. It was a bit still wetty and smell wasn’t good.
Really disappointed, took my wedding dress there after reading reviews and speaking to someone in the store and was told although they couldn't guarantee to get the stains out they would do their best. Stains didn't come out and are likely now washed in. Would rather I was told they wouldn't be able to do it and taken it elsewhere. Nothing was said on collection about the stains still being there.
Trina has always greeted us with a welcoming smile and is very helpful, It is more fun taking duvet covers in to be washed and ironed than doing it yourself! We had unexpected guests due to arrive soon explained to Trina who proceeded to get them done to collect next day!Superb.
I had a problem with my Amazon drop off. According to Amazon, there was no record of me returning my parcel. When I called up, Trina, took matters into her hands and said she would call me back. Up till then, I had had no joy with Hermes myself. Thanks to her, it has all been sorted out! Thank you Trina.1
