Hope the management team can see this review. I went to the shop on 29th November for a copy of some ordinary residential keys. The old lady staff member told me that she CANNOT do this because they have no machine to match all of my keys, not even one. She also told me that Timpson has the same machine as they do, so don’t go to Timpson. She then told me that only one shop can do this, and that it's in Coldham. They told me that they cannot wash a wool blanket without adding detergent. Apparently "the machine automatically doses detergent and it won't let you run it without". That is not helpful because I have an allergy to detergents and I need some cleaners to wash my duvet without adding the risk of introducing allergens.
Dry cleaned my wedding dress and a couple of other items of occasion wear, and washed and folded several loads of clothes. Did a great job, very timely, thank you!
I dropped a suit off for dry cleaning and everything was ready for collection the same day. Very impressed with the speed of service and professionalism of the staff. I was served by Lesley who was an absolute delight! I will be sure to use them again again in the future
Have just been to pick up an item I dropped off yesterday, that had a very problematic-looking stain on it, and Lesley has clearly worked a miracle, as it's back in pristine condition! Very speedy turnaround and excellent professional care taken.
